  38. One of the reasons we can be so flexible with our terms is because we generally do not handle the minor day-to-day maintenance and repairs of our properties. This responsibility is borne by the tenant occupants, who receive some type of mutual consideration in exchange for doing so. We’re also very flexible with allowing tenants to make improvements and changes to the property to suite their particular taste.

I authorize Rentfacts, A FirstPoint Resource, and/or OffersMade, Inc., their heirs, successors, and assigns forever (hereinafter referred to as “Management”), to obtain my present and previous residence information, as well as any current and previous employment information. This includes any salary or other pertinent information that may assist in completing my rental application. I further authorize Management to verify my credit history and perform a criminal record search. I authorize my current and former employers as well as other organizations and personal references, whether listed or not, at the time of the application and at any time in the future, with regard to any agreement entered into with Management to provide such information. I hereby release and hold harmless Management, my current and former employers, my current and former landlords, and any other organizations who have provided information from any and all liabilities arising out of the use of such information in connection with my consumer report. I declare that this application is complete, true and correct and I herewith give my permission for anyone contacted to release the credit or personal information of the undersigned applicant to Management or their authorized agents, at any time, for any purpose. This permission will survive the expiration of my tenancy. Any false or incomplete information will constitute grounds for rejection of this application or immediate termination of any agreement entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on this application.
